Pros:
AliExpress's Buyer Guarantee will give you peace of mind because they will fully refund orders that are not received or not as described. Other great features of AliExpress are that most sellers offer free shipping, the site has a 60 day guarantee and there is robust tracking on every order.
Cons:
The site would be better if all sellers offered free shipping but you are able to filter your searches so that you only view options with free shipping. There are some scams to beware of but these tend to only happen with sellers who don't have many reviews. Make sure to only buy from reputable sellers to avoid any issues.

Forget eBay or Amazon! I have ordered over half a dozen items from them and every one of them has been of good quality and received in reasonable time, except for one from a battery store. The store had the nerve to refuse a refund even though I had not received it, but AliExpress was lightning fast in resolving the dispute and I had the refund on my card the very next day. Very pleased. I will continue buying from AliExpress. Only complaint I have is that they don’t have a customer service that one can speak of but they did their job well, in the end.
