BeautifulHalo is a website that combines discount fashion with lighting. The combination of lighting and fashion is unique and the prices are very competitive.
Beautifulhalo has interesting fashions and their lighting is actually pretty nice. Unfortunately, their customer service is a problem. That's really unfortunate because clothes don't always fit, and sometimes you need to return something.
Our Recommendation: We don't recommend Beautifulhalo because they seem to have a lot of customer service problems. Their prices are good, but late deliveries and refund hassles are serious problems. You can check out Amazon instead for great prices and customer service for clothes and lighting.

My Experience With BeautifulHalo
BeautifulHalo is a company that I wanted to love. Last year I was searching for back-to-school clothes and was looking through all of the different discount fashion websites. I saw Beautifulhalo and decided to try them out because they had some really cute outfits and the prices were pretty great.
I picked up a few different things, including some pants and a few shirts. I didn’t want to pick up too much with my first order, especially because they don’t have a minimum purchase requirement for free shipping to addresses in the USA.
When my order arrived, I was pretty happy with the clothes. They looked well made and were exactly what I ordered online. Unfortunately, when I tried on the pants, they just didn’t fit right. I put the pants back in the box and went online to figure out their returns process.
I figured that it wasn’t a big deal and expected to find somewhere to get a return shipping label. But that’s when the trouble started. I noticed that the website says they don’t accept returns on clothes that don’t fit. I thought there must be some kind of mistake, so I emailed them anyway.
The next day I woke up and found a response email saying that they wouldn’t accept my return. They told me that I should go find a local tailor to get it fixed. The whole thing really left a bad taste in my mouth so I went online and started reading other people’s reviews.
What I found was that a lot of other people had the same kind of problems as me. BeautifuHalo doesn’t like to take returns and it’ll be a huge hassle even if they do decide to do an exchange. That’s definitely uncool and unexpected. We’ve all been conditioned to expect stores to give basic customer service, even if it was technically the customer’s fault.
Think about how you'd feel if you ordered something and the legs were just too thin or something? It might be the right size but it just doesn't work for you. We aren’t all built the same, so clothes take some guesswork. That’s one reason that markups are so high on fashion. People try on clothes and return them all the time.
To be fair, I do like their clothes. The clothes are high quality, and the prices aren’t bad. The material is about what you'd expect from a discount store or a department store. I think most clothes are made in the same factories anyway. I do love my shirts, and I gave the pants to my sister, so it worked out okay for me.
I can even understand BeautifulHalo’s position on exchanges. Shipping things around the world for free isn’t cheap for them, and returns from careless shoppers are definitely going to add to their costs and prices.
But these are clothes we’re talking about. It’s not like we have dressing rooms to try things on, and sometimes things just don’t fit right. That needs to be figured into their costs, and they need to take care of their customers.
In a world where Amazon has one-day shipping and no-hassle returns, I can’t see any good reason to use BeautifulHalo. The prices are okay, but the customer service just isn’t there. This is why they say that the customer is always right. I’ll shop somewhere else.
I can’t recommend BeautifulHalo. They need to get their customer service together and figure out how to repair the public relations problem they’ve caused. Until then, I think it’s better to stick with sites like Amazon that give refunds.
