Good Seat Tickets is an online ticket exchange, better known as a third-party ticket retailer. Good Seat Tickets has developed a reputation for having issues with their billing, often charging people multiple times for their orders.
After reading more than 85 reviews, we think it is best to steer away from using Good Seat Tickets. They are unreliable, and you are gambling with your money when you use them to purchase tickets.

My Experience with Good Seat Tickets
As an avid ticket buyer and seller, my experience with ticket sites varies greatly. We all know there are gleaming ticket resale sites that are worth the click while others…not so much.
Good Seat Tickets will definitely fall into one of these categories, just like every other ticket website. Whether it's good or bad is up to Good Seat Tickets themselves.
My first impression of Good Seat Tickets was its homepage. From the get-go, nothing seemed too different from any other ticket website. I was able to see nearby events from the first click. If I had any need to change the location of where I was searching for events, that option was blatantly available to me.
Since I really had no idea what kind of event I was looking for on this particular day, I decided to give in to the scrolling banner across the top of the page. “Hamilton” flashed before my eyes. I had to click because seemingly almost everyone is trying to get their hands on Hamilton tickets, and I am no exception.
The page I was directed to was very plain. The first thing that loaded on this page was a header that read “Up to 75% Off Cheapest Tickets. Guaranteed.” I checked to see if there was a link to more information on this guarantee, but the banner was a dead end. I even took a look around the website to see if maybe that guarantee was posted somewhere else, but it was not.
Regardless, I began to search for the perfect Hamilton tickets. There was a “filter” option which I attempted to use, but it only gave me a few options to sort through the events, most of them being different variations of the date (i.e. day of the week, date, time of day, etc.). Therefore, I just scrolled through the events to see what was available. Eventually, I had to go ahead and type “Hamilton (City)” into the general search bar at the top. It gave me some ticket options. I was glad I was able to find what I wanted, but I also felt that it kind of defeated the purpose of being able to browse/filter through tickets.
Once I found the date I wanted for Hamilton, I attempted to buy tickets. They started at $378 which seemed pricey to me, even for a show notorious for being consistently sold out. After a little research, I found that these tickets were selling at around $199 when they were first sold, so they had been marked up by almost double. At almost $400, I figured the seats would be decent at the least. However, the $378 tickets were beyond nosebleed seats. These seats would actually make the nosebleed seats look really good. Regardless, I placed two tickets into my basket for a total of $756 before fees.
Before heading to the checkout, I was presented with an “Additional Notes” notice. It stated that my tickets for a July 9th show would be available by July 5th. (Might I mention that I am attempting to purchase these tickets in mid-April.) Below that announcement were the words “100% Worry-Free Guarantee.” I can't speak for everyone, but if my tickets aren't in my hand when I buy them, I'm going to feel a little off. I would be especially worrisome if they weren't in my hands a week out from the event.
I proceeded to the secure checkout where Good Seat Tickets informed me that my tickets at $378 had been discounted from $455 which was nice to know. However, I was also informed my tickets wouldn't be available five days before the show like previously mentioned. I would have to trust they would be there at Will Call the day of the show. Will Call is the only delivery option I was given.
Upon checkout, I was given a grand total of $1,012.96. Yes, $256.92 was the service charge on two tickets. Good Seat Tickets didn't even give me a grand total. Beside where I would put my credit card information was still the total of $756. I would not have seen my total if I hadn't scrolled to the very bottom of the page where the total is just kind of there among other words in the same font, font size, boldness, etc. Nothing stood out to tell me, “Hey, your card will be charged $256.92 more than we've been telling you.”
Good Seat Tickets does have a reimbursement policy if I were to insure my tickets at $29 a piece. They also claim to have a multi-lingual hotline which could prove to be quite helpful if needed.
Overall, I saw too many red flags to continue with my purchase. The hidden fees alone were enough to steer me away from Good Seat Tickets.

This site uses a bait and switch tactic and sends less desirable tickets than you thought you were getting. They then tell you they have a no refund or exchange policy when they send you the wrong tickets.
Good seat are a high fee u end up paying more on fee the the actual seats… Do no used them … Please look at other options.. Ticketmaster would be better and good seat also takes forever to send ypur tickets
Took my $, then would not deliver tickets. Hours before Hamilton told me the ticket order “could not be filled”. Tough message to relay to my daughters. Super bad experience. Thanks for putting me and my family in a bad mood funk. Very disappointing.
I would not use this company!
They charged my credit card, then sent me an email saying “There’s been an error processing your request”.
Still not having heard back from them on the day of the show, we rang them. They said “We’ll send you your tickets in 1hr”.
I waited 2hrs and called, they then said “Sorry, there are no tickets left for that show tonight”.
They gave me a refund, but why charge me in the first place if you can’t guarantee tickets?!
