My Experience With ModCloth
Modcloth is an online clothing retailer started in 2002 which has grown a lot over the past 20 years. They started by offering vintage style clothing, but have recently been offering their own takes on modern fashion. While the website is known for its vintage-inspired designs that are modernized to fit the current trends, it also offers a wide variety of brands and styles which are constantly updated by the company’s designers.
It has been able to grow so fast and become successful because of its unique approach to the business. They have a marketing strategy that focuses on social media and word-of-mouth advertising, which is different from most traditional companies who focus on ads.
They also have a unique approach to pricing their clothing. They offer a lot of special discounts, fashion boxes, and other fun sales strategies. In addition, most of their clothes are available in plus sizes and they offer free shipping for most US orders.
I am a huge fan of Modcloth. I love the clothes they sell and the wide variety of styles they offer. I also like that their clothes are not too expensive and they have a good return policy.
One day, when I was browsing through their website, I found a dress that was perfect for my sister’s wedding. It had all the right colors and it looked like something she would wear to a party or on a date night. So I ordered it for her as her birthday present with express shipping so she would get it in time for her big day.
The dress arrived on time and fit perfectly! My sister loved it! The only problem was that there was some damage to one of the straps from shipping but thankfully their return policy is really good so we were able to get store credit with an extra $5 thrown in for the inconvenience.
I recently got an email from Modcloth with a discount code for my birthday! It was such a nice gesture, especially because it was personalized to me. The email also included some information about the new arrivals in the store which is something I always look forward to every time they send out emails like this.
Most Modcloth shipments to the US lower 48 states are free for orders over $150. Orders under that amount will cost $12.95. Colorado Residents must pay a special $0.27 Colorado road delivery tax.

Most of the reviews on Modcloth's website are positive, but there are some negative reviews as well. For example, one customer said that their order was canceled after they paid for it. There was an issue with the payment and this customer was never notified about it until they called to inquire about the status of their order.
Another Modcloth review customer said that they ordered a dress in size small and it came in as a medium. This is not something that Modcloth would have done on purpose, but it does happen from time to time when ordering online.

A ฿205.00 return shipping fee plus an additional ฿80.00 fuel surcharge to cover the cost of transport will be deducted from your refund amount for the use of our label.
International Returns
