My Experience With PatPat
PatPat is well-known for its adorable baby apparel at affordable prices. The company has a long history of selling high-quality, stylish, and practical baby clothing.
Many parents buy their children’s clothes from PatPat because they're made of high-quality fabrics and are comfortable to wear. They're also available in different sizes, colors, and designs to meet the needs of every baby. The convenient online shop allows them to shop from the convenience of their living rooms, which is a major advantage when you have morning sickness!
The company was founded in 2014 by two friends, Albert Wang and Ken Gao. Ken Gao wanted to find affordable clothes for his new baby, but couldn't find anything that he liked so the friends decided to create their own shopping platform, selling children’s clothes with a focus on quality and affordability.
In 2021, I was expecting my first child during the pandemic and couldn’t go outside to shop for cute baby clothes. That made it super important to find an online shop that sold high-quality clothes for reasonable prices. Like many other new parents, l wondered if PatPat is legit.
I read the PatPat reviews and watched some influencer videos, but there’s only one way to know for sure. The prices are so low that picking up a few things is really doable, so I put in an order for a couple of one-piece outfits. Normally, everything ships in a few days, but due to the pandemic, everything took about two weeks to arrive.
The unboxing was super exciting. Getting new baby clothes is always exciting, but I was hoping that I found my go-to place for all of my baby shopping. I was shocked at how soft and well constructed PatPat’s clothes were. Even though I’d seen PatPat baby clothes reviews, holding the real items in my hand really hit home.
PatPat’s clothes are extra soft to help protect the baby’s delicate skin. After our little girl was born, she had some problems with baby rashes, and I think she really appreciated having something comfortable against her skin. You never realize how important quality is until you have your first child.
Seriously, though, with so many bottles, diapers, furniture, and other things we had to buy for our sweetheart, it was a relief to get some serious discounts. Sometimes the prices are only 10 or 20% off, but if you look around, it’s easy to pick up something cute for less than $5.
So what is PatPat? It’s basically a one-stop shopping experience for everything Baby. They have a full line of maternity clothes, baby and toddler fashions, and even baby furniture. There aren’t as many land-based baby stores as there used to be, so being able to do my baby binge shopping online is amazing.
It’s also a place to remind you that babies can be fun. Sometimes when you’re changing diapers and getting a fussy baby into the car seat that can be hard. But it’s all worth it when you’re dressing up your bundle of joy after bath time. The giggles and snuggles are all part of the experience. Looking through the little piles of baby clothes, choosing what to wear today is genuinely fun.
I can wholeheartedly recommend PatPat to any new mother, and they stay with you for a good while. Since they carry toddler and young children’s clothes, you’ll be shopping with PatPat for a few years. It’s nice to know that you’ll be able to enjoy their low prices for a while. Enjoy your own journey and good luck with your new family!

7. Are PatPat’s Sizes Accurate?
According to their size chart information:
PatPat never wants to give you something that doesn't fit correctly, but due to minor discrepancies in item sizes across manufacturers, it may be inevitable. Therefore, they include a size chart on most of their product sites. Click on the sizing chart on the product details page of any item to find out its size.
With a permitted deviation of only 2 centimeters for their baby and toddler goods, 4 centimeters for their standard men's and women's options, and 5 cm for their maternity and nursing selections, you may be confident that items are consistent with their size chart.
For the best fit, PatPat recommends that purchasers use a measuring tape and compare their dimensions to their size chart rather than choose a size based on their usual purchase. You want to make sure that the measurements surrounding your body, such as your breasts, waist, and hips, are as horizontal as possible. Make sure the measurement instrument is near to your body at all times, but not too tight. The usual guideline is to keep it close but not too tight or too loose. You may also measure a piece of clothing that fits you well and compare it to their size chart to see which size it belongs to.
8. What Is PatPat’s Refund & Return Policy?
According to their return policy, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to lodge a return request if you are unhappy with the size or quality of the things you received. All return requests are subject to review, and the helpful customer service team would be happy to assist you.

PatPat doesn't give free return shipping or reimbursements for any expenditures incurred as a consequence of sending a return. All items bought at PatPat are final sales and aren't eligible for exchange or refund.
Always follow their return procedure when processing a return. As soon as you mail your return, make sure to submit the tracking number.
If you need to exchange an item you got because of a problem with its size or quality, follow their return procedures and choose “Exchange” as your “Desired Resolution.” Exchanges are an alternative to returns and are subject to the same standards and limits as returns.
