I love Pet Bucket! I’ve used them for 3+ years and have never had a problem. I have several auto ships set up so I don’t worry about running out of meds. Yes, there is a lag time with delivery, but knowing that, one can plan accordingly.
I’ve NEVER had ANY problem with the meds from Petbucket. The flea meds are identical to those sold in the US, & just as effective..i reorder over & over at about a. 30% savings. The order tales 3 to 4 weeks to arrive, consistently. I have never needed to call their customer service. I suspect that the negative reviews are coming from competitors who lost customers to PB.
Wow…I have been a faithful customer of Pet Bucket for at least 5 years. Not 1 problem. Not 1 complaint. My purchases have always arrived in less than 14 days. When I had issue might I add my own mistake they gave me credit. Able to reach the company by phone as well e-mail. I have converted several friends to Pet Bucket whose pets may not have received any medications due to the cost at the local vets. 5+ years of negative heart worm or intestinal worms. Don’t consider this dumb luck in Florida!
By supporting pet product companies that ship necessary and expensive discount items to the US, I feel like I am supporting a stand for freedom to treat your own cats. It is becoming very expensive to own pets now due to high cost of vets and vet only products.
This just isn’t true. My meds from Pet Bucket came in a timely manner (within 2 weeks) just as the company stated. They also reached out to me to see if I had received my order. Meds arrived in perfect condition. Do you work for 1-800-pet meds? Your statements about Pet Bucket are not proven, just hearsay by you!

I have always had a good experience with Pet Bucket we had a problem one time they sent the wrong item but it was resolved immediately and yes it takes a couple weeks to receive your item. It’s coming from the UK has to go through customs to be checked so I’m sure it’s not tampered with! Whoever wrote these reviews is wrong. And just because 1-800 pet meds bashes them and has there number to call for all your pets needs doesn’t mean they are 100% truthful. Our own Vet recommends Pet Bucket.
