My Experience with Ticket Liquidator
As a professional ticket buyer and seller, I know that finding the right ticket resale website can be difficult. There are so many of them, and they all seem to have some sort of promise that doesn't ever sound quite believable. I have, however, learned a thing or two in the process of buying and selling tickets. Some are worth the gamble while others aren't.
Ticket Liquidator started me off right, recommending a number of events that were both buzzworthy and local. About half of these tickets were for sporting events while the other half were for concerts, both big and small around the area. I had no doubt that if I was looking for a ticket through Ticket Liquidator that it would be there. There were tickets listed for events that I knew were planned and worth going to (like events at local casinos and some of our smaller music halls) that a lot of other ticket sites didn't offer. If I was deciding to go to an event locally on a whim, Ticket Liquidator is probably where I would start browsing. I truly felt like Ticket Liquidator had my best interest at heart from the very start.
Next to every local event listed on the homepage was a ticket countdown letting me know just how many tickets were available for said event. As I was browsing, I noticed an event that I remember being announced months ago. However, it was one that had slipped my mind since it was a smaller event at one of the casinos, a Gabriel Iglesias comedy show. I remember researching the price of tickets as soon as they dropped for my brother's Christmas present. At the time, all tickets were around $60 a piece. However, Ticket Liquidator had a few priced around $45-$50. There were only two tickets left at the lowest price, so I went ahead and snagged them. Being familiar with the venue, I knew that no seat was a bad seat and that these tickets would definitely be worth it.
I went to the checkout to get these tickets in my hands ASAP. The first thing I was asked to enter was my delivery information which consisted of only my e-mail address. They said that the tickets would be delivered to me today via Instant Download. The service fee was a little high, being about $20 for a $50 ticket. However, there were no delivery fees at all which is a good perk.
I was given the option to pay with either a card or Paypal. My grand total for two tickets would be $140.25 which is a bit more than I expected to pay, but is still a reasonable price for an event where tickets from the source are no longer available with the exception of VIP packages.
Ticket Liquidator doesn't seem to have any clear-cut return policy if something did happen to go wrong with the tickets. They do offer a vague 100% Guarantee, but I know those aren't always what they say they are. Luckily, I felt comfortable enough with Ticket Liquidator's transparency that I didn't have too many worries in my mind proceeding with the purchase.
Ticket Liquidator didn't try to hide anything from me. In fact, everything was shown to me before I made my final decision to purchase. Ticket Liquidator let me know exactly what I was getting myself into and with ease. From the beginning to the end, I was able to know what tickets were available, what prices I was looking at, and just how many tickets were left for the event. I knew that I needed to grab the tickets I did when I did, and I didn't feel like I was being cheated out of the best price. I would use Ticket Liquidator again.
What Are Ticket Liquidator's Service Fees?
Ticket Liquidator tends to have fairly transparent fees which is one of the reasons why it's one of our recommended ticketing sites.
