My Experience with TicketNetwork
I buy and sell a lot of tickets. It's a huge part of my life at this point. Whether it's for business or for personal use, I've become very familiar with the ticket buying process. There are so many websites out there that don't have your best interest at heart, but there are so many that are worth spending some time looking at.
TicketNetwork gave me a lot to look at from the start. They showed me what their best-rated events were from Jennifer Lopez concerts to the NBA Playoffs to Hamilton performances. From their homepage, they wanted me to have the incentive to click something, and I did. Since Jennifer Lopez was the first artist I saw (and one of the artists I love), I went ahead and decided to see what tickets they could offer to get me just a bit closer to J-Lo in the flesh.
This website didn't automatically take my location like most other ticket sites, but that's okay by me. I browsed the tour dates for J-Lo's events and found one close enough that I could jump on the thought of getting tickets that day. When I chose the event I wanted to attend, the first question TicketNetwork asked me was how many tickets I wanted: Any, 1, 2, 3, or 4+. Most of my adventures are just me; therefore, I chose one ticket.
The prices were what I expected, the cheapest seats being around $75-$80 a piece. This is before any added fees.
When I put the ticket in my cart, TicketNetwork informed me the tickets were “flash seats,” meaning they should be available about five days before the concert. This made me a little uneasy being that I would have to travel for this event. If the seats didn't come through, there was no guarantee I would be getting into the event.
I had a few issues getting to the checkout on TicketNetwork. I received a few service errors and had to go back through the process of picking my tickets over and over again. Luckily, no one snagged my ticket while I was going through this process.
The service fee for this one ticket was about a third of the cost of the actual ticket. The delivery fee tacked on an additional $8 as well, leaving me at about $30 in fees for a $75 ticket. This could be worse, but at the same time, it could be better since I feel like I don't have much of a guarantee for a ticket (or a refund) unless I were to spend an extra $7 on a refund policy.
Overall, the tickets on this site are priced at a competitive rate. There's also a decent selection of events with good tickets available. The fees are a bit outrageous, I feel, especailly without offering me any security in my purchase, but I may take that chance if the price is right.
What Are TicketNetwork's Service Fees?
TicketNetwork has service fees comparable to many other ticket sites. If you're buying a number of tickets, the service fee may seem bearable. However, if you are only purchasing one or two tickets, the service fees may seem like they are a bit too high to justify.

Bought tickets through TicketNetwork and had an easy experience! Will be using again.
Do not use this company – they will take your money for months and not give you your tickets. They do not have the tickets available that they list on their website.
I bought 12 tickets to a show from Ticket Network over a month ago and immediately received 8 of my 12 tickets as you would expect from any ticket reseller. The problem is that they did not deliver the other 4 tickets and their customer service reps have been rude, arrogant and just awful to deal with. They continuously lie to me and have refused my request to speak with a manager. They claim that the tickets have not yet been released from the venue which I know is not true as they have delivered 8 of the tickets from the block. Despite this going on for over a month paying 4 times the retail price, they still have not delivered the 4 final tickets. They are telling me I will find out if they have the tickets the day before the event and have basically taken all of the joy out of buying tickets and the event we have planned for our family outing. How do we choose which 4 will not get tickets as it looks like they will not come through? I have already lost hours contacting them and left my phone number for a manager to call me, which has not happened.
My guess is that they are going to try and find them from another scalper at the last minute and there is a risk they may not be able to get the tickets. If they had the tickets, I would have sent them already and I know they have been released from the venue. They even tried to reassure me with a money-back guarantee. If I wanted the money and not the tickets, I wouldn’t have bought them – I want to take my family to this show.
Obviously something is serious wrong with these final four tickets and the company is behaving suspiciously as 8 of the 12 tickets were delivered and they are being cagey about the final 4 tickets. I regret I did not check this site and these terrible reviews on this company before I made the purchase. I have booked tickets online from all over the world from various suppliers and have never received such dishonest treatment by a supplier. Further, I have never not had the tickets delivered after I paid for them. Buying from Ticket Network is the worst purchasing decision I have ever made.
There was nothing that said what the extra fees were. It is a scan. I got charged $40 for processing fees
Event canceled and got my refund fast without asking for it . Thank you ticket network!
