Do not use ticket center they are shady, take no responsibility and support fraudulent activities. They operate a business and assume no risk and blame any issues on buyers and sellers and offer no resolutions. You might get lucky with some cheap tickets but the fees are astronomical.
Ticket center is a horrible place to buy tickets from , I purchased tickets to a concert before they went on sale to public i was charged double the price of what they were asking for tickets on their website then , they would not change my seats or anything they will not work with you at all . Horrible horrible company .
They crafted their website to look like the official ticketing service for the rodeo, which is a scholarship program where tickets sales raise money each year to provide college scholarships to local high school kids. They charged double the price and refused to refund when I found out they were not the official source of filets. $70 went to the scholarship, $90 went to ticket centers pocket. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! TOTAL SCAM!!!!
Extremely overpriced. They also won’t let you resell. Total con artists.
You can tell by the fact that they have zero social media presence.
I was told via email and twice over the phone that I would receive a refund in full for tickets I purchased for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo refunded every ticket purchased. Since Tickets-Center is a third party, they are now claiming they cannot refund me, even though they told me 3 times that they would. I’m quite irritated with this since they probably received a refund for my tickets, but refuse to pass it along to me. WHERE IS MY MONEY?!?!?! And why does this company feel it’s ok to take people’s money and lie to them?!?!?!
