USGoBuy Review: Legit, Reliable or a Scam?

USGoBuy is a decent parcel forwarding service that offers tax free shipments and is based in Portland, Oregon.

USGoBuy is 100% trustworthy and reliable but it doesn't have as good of a customer service reputation or as low prices as some of its competitors including MyUS. It does offer an above average 60-day shipment holding window and it doesn't charge for package consolidation though.

CONS
  • Photos of packages cost $5 (compared to free for many competitors)
  • Personal shopping service costs 10% of the item value
  • Credit card transactions are charged in your local currency and then converted to USD meaning that you pay extra fees
  • Reputation for below average customer service and long response times

    totally SUCKS! Takes over a WEEK to send a package less than 125 miles! You have to be kidding me!

    + PROS: cheap way to send
    - CONS: customers PISSED for late felivery!
