Viabox Review: Legit, Reliable or a Scam?

Viabox is the cheapeast and least trustworthy shipping forwarder. It enables people to shop from US websites and get their item shipped worldwide to more than 220 countries.

We do not recommend using Viabox due to its history of not shipping packages. The Better Business Bureau gave Viabox a Not Rated rating due to "a pattern of complaints alleging that the firm did not deliver the packages as agreed" and because "the phone numbers the BBB had on file for this company are disconnected. Mail sent to the firm was returned by the post office."

    These guys are straight up crooks. They are unclear and inconsistent in their policies, and declare harmless items to be “hazardous materials,” refuse to ship them, charge you to return the items to the vendors, and don’t even refund your massive shipping charges. Stay away!

    - CONS: Poor customer service; inconsistent policies
